We are sending a care package to Kennedy for Christmas. Please enjoy some pictures of her new outfits in sizes 3-6 months. We are also sending more hair bows, bibs, blankets, and toys! I've added a few more photos at the bottom of the page.

Our Adoption Time Line

July 19, 2007 - First meeting with adoption agency.
July 23, 2007 - Began Homestudy.
August 3, 2007 - Applied for passports.
August 27, 2007 - Homestudy complete.
August 31, 2007 - Receive passports.
September 5, 2007 - I-600A and Homestudy send to CIS.
September 17, 2007 - Receive CIS letter to be fingerprinted.
September 26, 2007 - Dulce Maria is born.
September 28, 2007 - Fingerprints are taken.
September 28, 2007 - Receive call regarding potential referral.
October 2, 2007 - Documents sent to Guatemala Consulate.
October 3, 2007 - Receive official referral.
October 11, 2007 - Receive Power of Attorney.
October 13, 2007 - Receive documents back from Consulate.
October 16, 2007 - Sent dossier and POA to adoption agency.
October 17, 2007 - Sent first care package to Guatemala.
October 25, 2007 - CIS Immigration Approval Received.
October 26, 2007 - Faxed immigration aproval to agency.
November 2, 2007 - Mailed DNA Affidavit and revised Name Affidavit.
November 19, 2007 - DNA Authorization Received.
November 28, 2007 - DNA test and birthmother interview completed.
December 4, 2007 - DNA Match Results Confirmed
December 20, 2007 - Entered PGN
January 19, 2008 - Received Pre-Approval from U.S. Embassy.
January 24, 2008 - Kicked Out of PGN
February 11, 2008 - Back in PGN!
March 3, 2008 - Out of PGN!
March 14, 2008 - New Birth certificate and passport received.
March 18, 2008 - We're ORANGE!
March 24, 2008 - 2nd DNA Test
March 31, 2008 - DNA Match!
April 1, 2008 - DNA Results at USE.
April 10, 2008 - Finally we are PINK!
April 18, 2008 - We arrive in Guatemala.
April 21, 2008 - Embassy Appointment.
April 23, 2008 - Home Forever!
